Eastside Build Co. is a small carpentry team led by Ian Cazador and Drake Ritter. Winter is our building season — Ian comes down from Nova Scotia, and we take on a limited number of Los Angeles projects while he's here.

Materials: Insulated with mineral wool or fiberglass, lined with foil vapor barrier, finished in cedar or hem vertical board-and-batten siding—likely LP SmartSide/engineered wood
